He takes pride in building long-term relationships, guiding each client through the planning process with practical, personalised advice.

Paul in the spotlight

On an ideal weekend, you can find me:

Having a chilled Sunday at home with the family, going on a long family walk with the dog – then cooking a roast dinner and reading the Sunday papers with a nice glass of red.

My favourite holiday destination is:

The Caribbean. Beautiful beaches and clear blue water – what’s not to like!

My favourite song to play in the car is:

Ed Sheeran seems to be the winner currently, as he satisfies mum, dad, and the kids.

The first album I bought was:

Oasis – What’s the Story Morning Glory.

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Batman – who doesn’t want a go at riding the Batmobile?

If I could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, I would win a medal in:

Mowing stripes into a lawn.

When the dessert menu arrives, I’m looking for:

The cheese and biscuits!

The three qualities that draw me to new people are:

Optimism, intelligence, and humility. I’m drawn to people who see the bright side, think deeply, and stay grounded.

My pet peeve is:

When people don’t say “please” or “thank you” – basic manners go a long way.

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

It’s the answer everyone says, but it’s true – the gift of my three wonderful children.

The three people at my dream dinner party would be:

Stephen Hawking, Warren Buffett, and Ian Botham.

The three small things that make my day better are:

  1. Ticking things off my to-do list.
  2. Walking the dog in the fresh air.
  3. When my children smile.

Three things I haven’t done so far include:

  1. Travel to all seven continents (four still to go!).
  2. Going on a safari.
  3. Watching The Ashes in Australia.

About Paul

Personally

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has three children – Oscar, Teddy, and Phoebe – and the family has recently welcomed a dog, Amber, who keeps everyone on their toes.

A keen sports enthusiast, Paul especially loves cricket and hopes to one day play on the same team as his children – a goal which is getting ever closer (!).

When time allows, he enjoys walking on the Malvern Hills with his family, combining fresh air with quality family time.
