Sophie graduated from the University of Worcester and has nearly eight years of experience in financial administration, developing a strong foundation in supporting advisers and delivering high quality client service.

At New Path Financial Planning, Sophie plays a key role in managing the overall client journey and experience. She works closely with the team to ensure that every stage of the process runs smoothly and that clients receive a consistently high standard of service. Sophie is actively involved in operational management, helping to design and refine workflows and internal processes as the business continues to grow.

Out for a long walk with our Labrador, Marley, and then back home; putting a film on and a home-cooked Sunday roast

Canada – we were lucky enough to go on a road trip through ‘The Rockies’ in 2022 and it did not disappoint!

My favourite song to play in the car is:

Most likely a Westlife album

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Dr Dolittle – how amazing it would be to be able to talk to animals!

Personally

Away from the office, Sophie enjoys spending time walking with her partner Tom and their dog Marley, who keeps them busy with his energetic personality. She also enjoys travelling both in the UK and abroad, particularly family trips to Norfolk for long walks along the beach. When she has a quiet afternoon, Sophie can often be found in the garden growing vegetables and flowers from seed.

Louise has 17 years of industry experience, with particular expertise in supporting high net worth clients. With a background in both paraplanning and administration, she provides administrative, technical, and organisational support to the team and plays an integral role in the client journey from start to finish.

From onboarding new clients to implementing recommendations and preparing valuations for annual review meetings, Louise helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Often the first point of contact for clients, she enjoys solving problems and delivering a high level of support. She also brings valuable experience in reviewing internal procedures and streamlining processes to improve efficiency across the business.

Spending time with my family at David Lloyd, attending our respective gym classes and playing in the pool with my daughter, followed by a home-cooked Sunday roast and a family film night.

My favourite holiday destination is:

The Seychelles – my husband and I did a safari through Kenya and then flew over to the Seychelles to get married on the beach.

My favourite song to play in the car is:

My daughter and I like to sing ‘Free’ by K-Pop Demon Hunters at the top of our lungs!

The first album I bought was:

Spice Girls.

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Mia Thermopolis (The Princess Diaries). Who wouldn’t want to wake up to find out they are a real-life princess?!

Visiting Japan, a girls-only trip with my daughter and sister to New York, and going wild camping.

About Louise

Personally

Outside of the office, Louise enjoys keeping active and regularly trains at the gym. With a family membership at David Lloyd, she often fills her weekends with swimming, HIIT classes, and rewarding the effort with a well-earned coffee and sweet treat.

Much of her spare time is spent with her daughter, Penelope, who keeps her busy with a very active social calendar. When they get some one-to-one time together, they enjoy at-home spa nights, baking, bike rides, and trips to the theatre.
